Amy was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has been working in the real estate industry for more than twenty-five years and has business experience in mortgage lending, commercial real estate, property management, contract administration , broker price opinions, pricing strategy, negotiations and sales. Amy earned her BBS in Business Management from Dallas Baptist University and is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor. She is a Texas Realtor® and a member of the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors.
Amy launched Essential Realty Group to help clients with the exciting, but sometimes overwhelming process of buying, selling and renting real estate property. She firmly believes that buyers, sellers and renters should be equipped with the information necessary to make sound real estate decisions.
