During the listing period. Our agents utilize BrokerBay to help securely show your listing. You will receive your own login and password to BrokerBay which allows you to review showing feedback online as soon as it becomes available and manage your showing instructions as necessary. Additionally, our Realtors® review every offer with you in detail and give you expert advice on how to respond.
Once an offer is accepted. Your Realtor® walks you through the entire process all the way through closing. We work closely with the title company to ensure the transaction runs smoothly. Our Realtors® advise you on the next steps and ensure all the necessary due-diligence is completed in a timely fashion.
Our guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service you receive from us, let us know and give us the opportunity to make it right. If we are unable to rectify the issue, you can walk away from the relationship. Just send us a cancellation notice in writing and we will cancel your listing agreement. It is that easy.
Other considerations. As a seller you want to disclose any known issue, no matter how big or small, regarding your property. Our Realtors® will ask you to complete a comprehensive Seller’s Disclosure form which will add a layer of protection for you as the seller. A thorough and accurate Seller’s Disclosure is the best way to protect your interests against future liability issues.
It is also important to think about any items that you plan to retain after the sale of the property which might be construed as a permanent fixture or an item that would automatically convey when the property is sold. These should be identified and disclosed upfront to help prevent any issues before you get to closing.
