I cannot recommend Amy enough… we had a situation where we were working on a fast closing for the home we were selling, and then a quick close on the new house we were buying only a couple of weeks later. She was on top of everything the entire time, and worked very hard long hours to ensure we were able to make that happen. As with many people going through the buying process, we were indecisive at times, and changed our minds several times… it goes without needing to be said but it can be a very stressful and emotional process… especially with a spouse, and moving kids from 3 different schools during the work year. At first we had even considered going the For Sale By Owner route… after working with Amy, we quickly realized how much we did’t know, and how much work it would have been. Not to mention the length of time it would have taken us to complete the process, or knowing the proper questions to ask, etc. Amy never missed a beat, and it was obvious that she had been there, and done that before.
